The workshop siteThe conference will be held at the Centre IGeSA, on the Island of Porquerolles (map) close to Hyères. The centre IGESA is in the village of the island of Porquerolles, 5 min on foot from the port. It belongs to the French Army and serves as a recreation and meeting location. AccommodationAll participants will be accommodated at the IGeSA center. The organization has booked a limited number of rooms: 30 single rooms and 20 twin rooms (for PHD and postdoc students). Note that single accommodations will be attributed to invited speakers and senior researchers in priority. Other accommodationsFor the case that no places are anymore available (late registering) a couple of hotels can be booked. More information can be found here. Hotels on Porquerolles MealsBreakfast will be served from 07.30 to 09.00. The exact
time for lunch and dinner will be announced in the final
program and on the site. Mineral water and wine are served
at lunch, and dinner coffee is available after lunch.
Additional drinks are at the participants' own expense. Hotel Services› Telephone: Several public telephone booths are available on the site. Phone cards can be bought in some shops (tabac). › Copy & Fax: Photocopies can be made, and faxes sent and paid at the conference venue. › Internet access on the workshop site: wireless access is available on the workshop site, in the bar and in the lecture room. However, Internet access has to be payed by credit card. Please note that no computers are available for Internet at the venue.
